Process & T.O.S

Things to take note: please read thoroughly

Commission guidelines

  • Work days: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 p.m (Mexico city)

  • I don't do NFTs, NSFW, mecha, gore, political work, realism

  • I can only do my art style.

  • Characters with a complicated design will have additional charges.

  • Commissions are delivered within 2-3 weeks.

  • No rush commissions

  • My regular commissions are rasterized images. I do not do vector illustrations.

  • After paying (or making the first payment), you automatically agree to these Terms of Service.

  • PERSONAL USE: If you wish to commercialize the artwork, you must pay extra.

Payment

  • Payments via PayPal (you don't need an account since and invoice will be sent to you=

  • Transfer or deposit (for Mexico residents)

  • If you live outside Mexico and you want to transfer an additional fee might be charged.

-Full prepayment: the commission is paid in full in advance.

-Installment payments: the total payment is divided into 2 or 3 installments, which will correspond to the processes of the commission (first payment for sketches, second payment for base colors, and third payment for final coloring). This installment payment plan can be customized.

  • At least one first payment is always needed to start the commission

  • I require full payment before sending the client the full commission.

Process & delivery

  • Fill up this form.

  • Either Email or DM me on instagram to confirm your slot.

  • After the piece has been discussed, I'll send you an invoice.

  • After confirming the payment has been done I will start working your commission.

  • Please allow 2-4 days for me to get back to you with your sketch.

  • The client will receive a sketch for corrections and approval (2 free corrections). When the commission is a certain level of complexity, multiple sketches will be provided with different ideas for the client to choose for the final illustration.

  • I'll finish up your piece when everything's looking good with your sketch and revisions have already been made.

  • A Google Drive link will then be e-mailed or DMed to you once I finish your piece! Commissions usually take me two weeks or three to finish. (depending on complexity and workload)

  • Once the piece is finished I will contact you so you can pay the rest. After payment is done you will receive the full-resolution image. Please note that there is no physical product.

  • The client will be notified if the commission will take longer than expected to be delivered.

  • The client is free to request updates on the piece at any point during the process.

Revisions

  • You get 2 rounds of Major changes during the sketching phase of the commissioned piece or 1 round of Major changes during the sketching phase and 1 Minor change during the coloring phase.

  • A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.

  • If you wish to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on an hourly wage.

  • I don't accept changes in body structure, pose, perspective, etc., after the sketch has been approved and coloring has begun.

⚬ MAJOR CHANGES: Changing hair elements / eye/mouth positioning / colors / pose / perspective

⚬ MINOR CHANGES: Changing the color / highlights / shadows / FX.
